When I visited the temple on 26 jul-2009 I surprize to see the largest Shiv Lingam , I have never seen such type of beautiful temple.Its a very beautiful place. build under raja bhoj... i.e:- the one which is always used in raja bhoj and gangu telli proverb.
nywyas it was a nice and beautiful temple, peoples say it completed in one nite...
and pandvas also visited here..
and in it a 22 feet shivalingam is biggest lingam in the country..
and the dwaring of the temple is also see today on teh rocks situated there..
and teh main part wat i discoverd teh stone used to build temple is also carvaed out of the hill situated near by and the technque used to build temple is also there as it is.. actually the stones r so big so a road was build near temple so dat all the big stones can be transported.. but it so beautiful dat i ll compare it with switzerlands road.. the road strip is just like dat
must vist if u ever come to bhopal...
great experience and the river nearby where the story of kunti is also featured..
